100,000 miles that is --- Cards, flowers and letters of condolences (along with donations for a new truck) will be accepted at the Day residence in Harrison!

Just kidding:) :) :) :) :) :)

It's really 100,760 miles, 100k passed on I 30 while going through New Boston, Texas last night.

My '99 3/4 ton 4 x 4 has been an outstanding truck. As far as warranty work, I believe it is the dealer, because the few problems I've had have been adressed by the dealer and taken care of in a timely manner. (Ringgold CPDJ in Ringgold GA) Other minor problems I caused, including the clutch at 86,000 miles, which I smoked badly trying to back a heavy trailer up a hill and around a corner by feathering the clutch. Didn't work!!! A BD 2 Low kit has solved that problem.

The truck still has the original brakes due to the Jake brake which I have on a momentary switch and use all the time.

I expect to get another 100k out of it during the next two years. (the truck, not the brakes)

I realize not everyone has not had this kind of service from DC, but I feel it is the dealer who controls what DC will or won't do, and my dealer has done right by me!
