Wacky wiper blades

I think my truck's wipers are possessed



Driving home on Saturday, my wipers would go up at a normal rate but would come down sssllllooooowwww.However, if I wash the windshield they jump right up and down like normal.



Today they seem to work fine.



Switch? Motor?



Any suggestions would be appreciated

I would try a new set of blades first. The ones you have may not be flipping over causing them to drag funny.
