10:30 sounds good on the 20th JB. Some BS time and lunch sounds great. If you know of a way to check water temp sender mine is reading low I think.

The exit for the Elite Grill is Valley Mills and you can see the Elite from the freeway on the east side of I-35 and Valley mills, we will be around back between the Elite and Rudys Bar B Q place.

They started on my building today... it won't be finished in by This weekend... but we can headed to my Dad's place in China Spring if JK wants a place to work on the truck... I should have room for 2 trucks inside... and concrete outside... .

I have some tools... I'll provide work support... I'll hold down the chairs. . haha...
