Waiting for new 600 in Juneau, Alaska

Ordered my truck [2004. 5 2500 QC SLT SWB 4x4 CTD600 6-speed 3. 75] on 10-Jan-2004 from local dealer. Still not scheduled and learned that vehicle is on "longterm hold" (whatever that means). Dealer is waiting for more info from zone rep.



In other threads on the forum, I've noticed some of you have apparently contacted Chrsler directly for status on ordered vehicles. I would like to know how to find out status without relying on the dealer. How do I contact Chrysler and what information do I need from the dealer to provide to Chrysler for a status update?

call 1-800-992-1997 and give them your VON (vehicle order number) you can get it from the dealer
