Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Wanna trade mirrors

My friend has an 02 with the stock "sport"? mirrors. They are electric and heated. He would like to get tow mirrors but the Dodge dealer told him you can't get electric and heated tow mirrors. Is this true? Anybody wanna trade their tow mirrors for "sport"? mirrors?

I have them on my 02 I got them from LMC Truck Parts: Chevy Chevrolet Blazer S10 GMC Jimmy S15 Ford Bronco Ranger Pickup Pick Up Accessories/Catalogs the second set. my first set I got from the dealership and got ripped a new back side. (easy to do take door panel off lots of plastic clips and unbolt old mirror and undo power clip)

I thought it was true, no electric in the tow mirrors...
I think there may be a thread on here that details how to mount 3rd gen tow mirrors onto a 2nd gen.
I am looking at swappng to tow mirrors myself so I will watch this thread with interest.

I just bought a set.

They have power and heat and fit 2nd gen trucks!!!
