Looking for 275 RV injectors. Does anyone have some. Or know some one who carries them. Must work on a 1995 CTD.

I have 370's in right now. I hate to complane. But the 370's are to much for the clutch. Clutch is in the future. But will have to wait. :(

No such thing. Next smaller is Diesel Dynamics Stage 2, or 215 hp injectors are two steps down. Contact me if you need more info.

No such thing for a 12v. The 275hp RV injectors are from a 275hp ISB (24v) engine offered for RV use.

For Bosch, you could look for some 300hp injectors, or something like our Stage 2's.

Jeff... . I have 215 injectors in mine right now. I've thought seriously about getting 370's. Not sure if this interests you, but perhaps we could work out a fair trade of some kind. I had them tested (pop off) before installing them and found to be in excellent condition. Just an idea for you to mull over. One other idea would be to check the classifieds on this site. Might be something available there for you.

Back your plate off some.

Do you have a 16cm housing? That will make it a touch laggy on the bottom end, give the clutch time to hook in.

I only gained 60 hp going up from 300 hp injectors to 370's and 191 DValves.

That was with everything set on "smoke. "

Spending money to detune is a terrible thing to do. . LOL:D

they make 235 Rv injectors for 12v's. I don't really care for them in my opinion, smoky and hardly any power.

Back off AFC or.....

Jeff..... Leave those babies in. I would guess your clutch has problems at lower rpms and moderate to heavy throttle (mine does). If so, you could see if backing the AFC off helps. It should elminiate the smoke and hold the early power off. You might have to back it off alot to notice anything.

Otherwise, next time we get together at mike I have a set of 215s you could try. I would just have to put your 370's in until you decide if they do what you want.

Oh man I getting flamed for wanting less power. :(

Hi Jerry. I have backed the star wheel back quite a bit. Yea way too much low end. I get about half way on the pedal and she slips. I didn't even do delivery valves yet. Nor even a different cam plate in the pump. I wanna try and get a clutch and fully splined main shaft from Mikes next spring. I think that will be my Preventive maintenance for the silver wagon.

Jeff. . once your clutch starts to slipp. . it is all over. It is time to change it. Yes you can limp along for a while, but it will only get worse. No matter how much power you take out.

I just put the 370's in my truck. . It ran good before, but now Holly SMOKE! I took it up to my friend at cummins to have him tune it in better. It was smoking way to much for my liking, but the power was way cool. He blocked off the waste gate, bumped up the time to 15 something I think. Then messed with the star wheel and some springs. Right now when you first get on it, it does not smoke hardly at all. Backing the star wheel way off took a lot of the low end out and smoke out.

My only complaint right now is at idle it is smoking. It did not do that before the injectors. He said I would probably have to have the pump circuit re adjusted for the injectors. Its getting a little too much fuel at idle. For this winter driving I have the star backed way off!
