It's a bolt-in..........

I may be mistaken, but I believe your conversion will more or less be a simple bolt-in. As you already have a CTD rig, you should be able to pirate all the stuff from your 93 motor onto the 97, like the motor mounts, wiring, etc. Your nv4500 will bolt up, and I don't think the clutch will be a problem either. I don't know what year Dodge went to a Hydroboost brake system, but I am using one from a early 98, and it looks like it will work ok. I don't know (yet) what it will take for the accelorator linkage/cable, as I am not that far on mine, but I don't think it's any big deal. There is more wiring in the fuel filter/fuel pump area on the later models, but I personally don't intend to make use of it. Worst part of the whole deal will be trying to find a late model motor at a reasonable price. Feel free to ask anything else and good luck. :)

The clutch should work, but if using the newer flywheel, you will have to manually center the clutch. I have a modified Sachs (from Joe Donelly), and centered mine using a dial indicator mounted to one of the bellhousing bolts.
