Want Ideas For '08 Mega Cab CB mount

Every truck I had ,I have installed a CB, there's always a nice little spot to put it, I havn't seen or thought of anywhere it would sit nicley. In this '08 Mega Cab w/auto trans and that huge cup holder thing in the floor. Any suggestions and pics would be great. Thanks

Here's my 06'. Not sure if this applies to your dash. I made it myself when there were no alternatives. Big Bob now sells mounts for the newer 3rd Gens.

I had the same problem in the '08, I bought the Cobra one with all the controls in the mic. Mounted the little box under the console and brought the mic cable up at the drivers knee, not an ideal set up, I don't really like it, but it works.

I wonder how the 75 compares to a cobra 29 or other classic. Its such a small package I can't help but wonder about its power and sound output?

I had the Cobra 75 in my previous truck. I hated it. Couldn't have been happier to see it go away. Try search on TDR. It's either love or hate relationship.

thats not bad in the cubby hole, I was thinking about the cobra thats a one in all in the mic but I like the traditional look, hope to hear some other options
