I'm about to put my toybox trailer up for sale (2000 Thor "Wanderer Wagon" model 257TB), but I have no idea what it's worth. Is there a "Kelly Blue Book" type of website that lists prices of used trailers?

Thanks in advance for any replies. I probably won't get back on the internet until next weekend (school + work = maximum 5. 5 hrs of sleep if I don't turn on my computer!).

Andy- we just recently sold our trailer, so I might be able to give you some pointers. First of all, KBB and NADA both have price indexes. Neither one of them are very accurate as to selling prices. The best thing to do (what I did) is to look at the RV trader on line and to check local selling sources (classifieds or specialty papers) to see what private party is actually selling similar units for. If you go by blue book alone you will be doing yourself a diservice. KBB on my trailer was only $10,100 - $11,950. We asked $15,000 and came down slightly from there, because that's what similar units were priced at through private party.

FYI: My new NADA dealer book shows a wholesale of $9580 and retail of $13,030. Generally when the books shows that much spread between the two numbers then the publisher has few sales data or that unit is weak in the market place. Good Luck!

Thanks for the replies. I've been watching the local ads here in Seattle, and trailers this size and age seem to all be selling for around $11,000.
