Camper Down! I need help

Anybody have any idea where I can get some. I saw a 5'ver the other day in our local Super Wal-Mart parking lot. The blocks he had the front jacks on looked like they were about a foot long and 6 inches thick. Any ideas on where to find something like this commercially? Maybe I'll visit 84 Lumber and make my own.

He that use blocks under the front legs , may soon have a large dent on truck side rails if when hooking up trailer falls off blocks and blocks are larger than the space between the over hang and the side rails . Best to use one 3/4 ply wood 12"square under legs woun't fall far that way . lol Ron in LOUISVILLE KY:-{} Oo. Oo. Oo. :D

Don't worry, Ron, it will never fall. :-laf  Actually, I'm not looking for something that thick. I had never seen blocks like that before. I was thinking something more on the line of 1-2 inches thick.

You are probably looking for outrigger pads that are used on aerial lift and boom (crane) trucks. Any place that sells these kinds of truck would have them. You can get them made out of wood or rubber.

Wooden blocks. Cheap and if you forget or loose them, just make more.

I concur. I USED to have rubber blocks (pads). After losing a few, I now use 3/4 inch plywood doubled up and screwed together.

Try the new synthetic decking materials. Most are made of recycled materials, have plastic like appearance. Very durable, easy to cut with skill saw or table saw. Numerous brands, one is Trex. Lowes carries it. A little more pricey than wood but hold up very well. Does not rot or split.
