If you have the Original grill you can buy a aftermarket grill and take a heat gun and remove the letter's and put them on the new grill. If you can find a nos grill be ready to pay upward's of 300 or more .they are no longer made .

Is it possible to repair a grill with a crack? Its between the D and G.

Yes you can repair the crack and also stop from getting more by Putting a couple more screw's in the top every few inches and around the latch area so it doesn't flex as much .

It's not on the truck. I bought it. It's NOS and it must have cracked during shipping. Really bugs me since its brand new. How can you fix the crack?

See if you can find a 2 part Epoxy and apply that on the back side of the grill .

Good info; never knew one could remove the letters with a heat gun, I shall have to try that.
