Wanting to buy a new turbo diesel buttt

I am having a problem here. Well I finally talked my wife into buying me a new 4x4 quad cab cummins but I now have a new problem The dealer only wants to give me about 9k for my 94 cummins... hmmm that doesnt sound good so I would like to sell it on my own. But there lies another problem I still owe about $7500 on my truck. Therefore of coarse I do not have the title to it. How the heck can a guy sell a truck without the title I dont think the future buyer is going to accept hold on I will mail you my title... . Any ideas thanks for any info

What you do is call your bank and ask what the payoff on the loan is, not what you have left to pay since the payoff will be less due to the lack of accumulated interest. Ask them if they can have the title mailed to their branch so that the new owner can pick it up.

Then you contact the buyer and both of you go to the bank, he gives you the check for the truck, you give the check to the bank and they sign over the title to you so you can sign it over to the new owner.

Any excess can be deposited in your account or they will give you a bank check for it.
