For you guys that are running the transformer warn winch mount. Do you like it and where did you get the mount and what did you pay for it?Thanks

If you are referring to the transformer brush bar, it is a very nice set-up. I purchased the black one about two years ago and recently broke it down and had it powder coated in gloss black. I do not have a winch as of yet but maybe one day. I think the cost was around 350. 00. Hope this helps.

Mine is several years old, and is on its second truck. When it was new, I sand blasted the cheap factory finish and powder coated it silvervein to match my rear bumper. It still looks like new!! I have a 9000lb winch on a Transformer mount that I can use front or back. It works very well!! It makes a great platform for mounting large aux. lights, and as a bonus I made up some 2 gauge jumper cables that plug into the winch power plug.

I have used the warn mounting system on my last three trucks. It is a strong good looking system. I have it with brush guards on my current CTD with the old style winch (8400 series), built in Kent WA. I got the mounts from www.gowarn.com They seemed to be the least expensive. Easy two hour job-no drilling. You have to cut slots in the plastic next to the fog lights.
