I found the block heater power cord was rubbing the aluminum part of the A/C line near the compressor, and had almost rubbed a hole through! I could see this as needless and expensive. I dont know if this has already been addressed here or not, but I am posting this to hopefully help someone save a broken a\c system. I zip tied it away from the lines. This was under the oil filter behind the turbo.

Never underestimate the rattling of the Cummins!



I was so paranoid about this, I ran the power cables from the winch to the battery in PVC plastic conduit.



Recently, I found that my breather tube had moved forward enough to rub the fan. Of course you couldn't hear this, but you could sure see the wear.
