Twas at the dealer today and snapped a few shots of what happens if the oil drain plug is overtightened. Notice the sealing washer has two sides, one to the pan and one to the plug. I snapped a few of DC's revised pan and plugs. Enjoy.

Gotta' love that design, every time I install the drain plug, I make sure it's just snug, and every time I go and remove the plug, I just about break the ratchet tryin' to loosen it. I'd swear someone puts and impact wrench to-it when I'm not lookin'.
