Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) warranty, about gone on my 2001

i have a 2001 quad cab, 2500, 4x4, auto. my factory warranty is about to run out. i've had the lift pump replaced, what else should i get checked while the warranty is still good?

I just went to the dealer last week and said my steering was bad(wandering and excessive play) and they checked and changed the track bar, drag link, and tie-rod ends---all out of spec. All covered by warrantee, now drives like new again. Only 20,000 miles on the black beast!!!
