Guy's, Last year my a/c went out shortly after my warranty went out and the repair bill was 1100. 00 The dealer picked up all but 100. 00 so I thought I was lucky buy they fixed it with the same evaporator and I bought a policy from warranty gold in case it happened again:{ well it happened again today and I took my truck to the dealer and gave him my warranty gold packet and to my surprise he said that they don't take warranty gold, no way no exceptions, So I went home and gave W/ G a call and in eight minutes the dealer in the next town said they would fix my problem and the dealer that said no also said they would take care of me. So I would like everyone to know that my first experience with W/G was a good one, sorry for being so long Don Barr

From what I understand, Warranty Gold will most likely be offered out here in Kommiefornia within 60 days. Sounds like something to look into.

Warranty Gold paid for a complete new rear axle ($1200) in a '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had, and just paid for a power window repair in my wife's Saturn ($230). They have provided no-hastle service.



It is really stupid for a dealer to refuse Warranty Gold serivice. If they authorize the work, they pay for it over the phone with a credit card and the dealer is paid immediately. Also, Warranty Gold doesn't care who does the work (doesn't need to be a dealer) as long as they are reputable. This can be nice if you have a bombed truck as a non-dealer would not care about any mods.
