Warranty?

I bought my truck used with 40k miles. My question is if something goes wrong is it covered under Cummins warranty since I am not the original owner of the truck. My main concern is the lift pump. I see this seems to be a common problem with the 24v. I have no fuel pressure gauge yet, but plan on it soon.

The warranty covers you just as if you were the original owner. Be forewarned though that many peopl ehave problems getting things covered under warranty.
