Washington County Fair / New York

Anyone ever go to the Washington County Fair in Greenwich, New York for truck pulls? It's been a few years since I had been there because I was living out of state but they used to have awesome tractor pulls. 3, 4 and five engine stuff, diesel super stock tractors, you know the black smoke belching ones. Anyways I was wondering if anyone had been there in the past few years and if they have gotten into having a diesel pick-up class at the truck pulls? I've tried to look it up on-line but they haven't updated their site yet this year. The fair is like the last week of August and is pretty big, usually a real good show. I'm going to look up a guy that usually has something to do with the fair and see what he can tell me but if anyone knows please tell me. If I talk to this guy and he says they haven't seen enough interest to have a diesel class, who would be interested in going and pulling. It's right near the NY, MA and VT borders.

I'd definitely be interested in going..... maybe even pulling - that's if my truck isn't broken from a summer's worth of romping on it! :-laf



I think even Deo's truck might be ready by then.....

It looks a little hokey, the class two stuff should be open to all diesels or something like that, I am still trying to catch up to a guy that can tell me what exactly they have run in the past for classes. I will let you know.
