Attention: TDR Forum Junkies how do i go about adjusting the waste gate or finding out what the wastegate is set at, the original owner (i'm the 3rd) told me he had the "pump turned up 
& wastegate adjusted".
also can a wastegated turbine housing be converted to non wastegated or vise versa?
