Waste Gate "Delay" spring?

Kat Diesel had mentioned there is a way to slow the waste gate opening down, without disabling it alltogether. Does anybody know how to do this on an 01'?. What parts are needed and where do you get them?

It mentions in the thread... ... a spring and some baling wire and your set. No marks no nuthing.



Go back and read that current thread and it describes the spring used, and where he got it and also where he got a better one.



I can send you mine in a couple of weeks if ya still need it?
