What Benifits Do You Get By Plugging The Waste Gate Line? Which Is Better Plugged Or Unplugged?

You will get more boost, which will help burn any extra fuel you are pumping into your engine.

Dont go over 35 lbs with a stock HX35 thats about the edge of its efficency.

as far as plugged or unplugged, Id say neither. Go with something like a boost elbow to regulate the air going to it so it still remains somewhat functional.

I went with a bigger actuator than the stock one. The one I went with was from Banks. I went with the elbow from Banks as well. It is the same elbow that Banks uses for the exhaust brake, but, without the brake installed. Those two things, along with the 4" exhaust, have brought the turbo to life. It boosts quicker, a little higher, and, keeps the boost going longer in the rpms. I could tell a difference, to say the least. One more thing I noticed, that little black puff of smoke you get when you hit the go-go pedal, it's gone.
