Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Wastegate failed...

Hey y'all. My wastegate actuator diaphram failed on me last year and I disconnected it and plugged off the vacuum port. All is well but we just bought a 5th wheel and I am afraid to tow a lot without it. What is the best way to go for a wastegate actuator. Anyone know where I can get a used (tested) one? Any help will be appreciated as always.

Got Gages?

If you don't have a boost and egt gage you really don't know whether or not you are in jeopardy. Maybe you can get by without the wastegate if you just keep an eye on the egt.
