Pop the rubber line going to the wastegate diaphram and put about 30 psi shop air to it and watch to see if it moves.

Thanxs, Thats what I thought. I tryied blowing in it, couldn't tell. Was actually busy changing out the fuel lines. Cut off the 1/2" short L shaped primer pump fuel line. The new straight fuel line kinks really bad. Probably will not be able to get a prime. Its the 4th, So out of luck getting Dodge/cummins fuel hose. Checking everthing why lost some boost. (10 PSI) Changed intake manifold gaskets,Intercooler boots looked good,Ats exhaust manifold was loose. Still putting truck together. hopefully can get a prime. So putting air to the wastegate, If the arm moves, It should be Good? Or do they leak past the seats sometimes?

Truck has the Banks big head Wastegate. Did not see it move at 30 psi. It moved at 50 psi with a nice return thump. Will get to test run truck after I get new short L shaped primer pump fuel hose. Truck needs primed

Thats good then, the banks head is supposed to be set for 43 PSI. Do you have a lack of power? Or just lack of boost on your gauge? One time I was only registering 25 PSI when I was running 38 the day before, turns out the line for the gauge got rubbed through going through the firewall and it was leaking.

Not getting my 32 psi boost, only 24 psi at same throttle settings. Drop a gear and spin another 500 rpms (2500 rpms) I could reach 30 psi. Ive always been able to do all my pulling at 1800/2000 rpms without droping a gear. (30/32 psi boost) Hopefully the 3 GSK I put in, does not move all your power up the rpm scale?
