wastegated primary

just wondering if anyones got one. or seen one. or tried one. or if anybody has some thoughts on what good it would (or wouldn't) do with a small housing'd primary. i'm having drive pressure issues and am going to put a gate in the manifold but am not sure if that's going to be enough. thanks for the thoughts.

if you put a good size external wastegate in the manifold so that it bypasses the small exhaust housing, it will work. A lot of people with small turbine housings and non wastegated housings have done it.

The Tial 38mm works great.

i was thinking it would be good to add one on the primary as well since i only have a 22cm housing on the ht. i guess i'll put one in the manifold and see how it does and go from there.
