Yes I remember seeing it on TV in the 60's. Don't remember if it was American or Euorpean.

That was an Amphi-Car. Poor car and worse boat. This vehicle seems better, but not $100,000+ better.

I'm guessing you get to register it as a car and a boat. Stupid ad. Didn't like the portrayal of the duck hunters. On the other hand there were some boobs in the one beach scene. For the cost, get a good Jeep and a good boat.

There was an Amphicar in my hood back in the day.

State Of Maine did require that it be registered both as a boat and as a car as I recall.
