Nothing will remove it short of draining the tank. Wait a minute, I recall seeing an advertisement several years ago of a asborbant in a sock, that only sucked up the water and it could be reused. You inserted the sock, with a string attached, into the gas tank thru the filler neck, you would retract it, remove the water, and reinsert until you do not get any more water. It was designed for large storage tanks.
My son got some fuel with water once in our 89 Ford 7. 3lt. just drained the filter mucho times, then replaced it once we thought we had all the water.
