Archived water in fuel and wait to start light on no over drive

I went out scouting for elk and my forementioned lights started flashing on and off and when I hit the pavement to go home no od? chcked the fuses and any wires I could find and they all looked good whats the deal???

cheched out the thermo disconected no differance, the heater doesnt even cycle, thinking its the computer. but if I disconect the computer they're still on so I dont know. !!!!???? :{ :--)
