Came on after i washed under the hood of the truck. I Pushed the plunger up to let any water out and light stayed on. Even tried unplugging the wire with no luck. Any ideas?

when the plug drys out the light will go off, i don't even have the wires from the filter to the plug and mine still comes on during heavy rain or after engine cleaning

Mine does that too. I tried to wait it out one time until it dried but it was still on a week later. Open up the connector and hit it with some compressed air, that always has worked for me. I can't stand riding around with warning lamps blazing.

mine's always off the next day, must be because my plug is just hanging and can drip dry
