water injection

I know this has been covered before, but you just don't here of anybody running with it. Why?

I was at the diesel drags today and there were a couple of rigs that where running 1200 to 1500 horsepower with only 800 to 1000 egt's. I ended up talking to a few dudes who worked on and drove the trucks. But I could not get to much info.

So is anybody running with water injection and if so how do you set it up. It seems like the next thing to do when your egt's get out of control, let the water cool it down so you can stay in the throttle longer.

Any advice would be helpful.

Oh ya, this one rig from N&N Trucking in Junction city,Oregon was running 1 lb of NOS per second. The bottle was huge !
