Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Water Leak!!!

I need help when we get a hard rain my carpet on the drivers side gets soaked I checked the weatherstrip seal that goes all the way around on the cab and found a small split at the bottom. Now were do you find this seal??it has has to pretty pricey sense it covers the quad door to. Anyone know the price for this seal?

I don't know the price of the seal but mine also has a tear in it and has never leaked. I had water coming in through the thrird brake light and it would soak the carpet like that. The gaskets they used don't seal very well.
