I have a 2006, 3500, four door. During the winter when we get snow I get a leak from the sun visor brackets in the center of truck. This only happens in the winter with snow on roof. During rain storms in summer does not leak. I removed the lights on top and resealed. Did not help. Dealership said to replace lights but can not see any cracks.

Do your cab lights have a thin foam gasket or a rubber gasket that has about 90% coverage under the light?

Ice will get into very fine cracks and expand, opening up the crack as it expands. Try coating the light with Vaseline or some other type of petroleum product that wont be hard to remove or damage the plastics. If it doesn't leak there is a good chance it is cracked.

BTW, you need to post this in the 3rd Generation Ram Forum (no engine/transmission discussions), not to complain, but you will get a better response.
