Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Water/Meth for towing, lower EGTs?

I know that is, what it states on Snow Performances web site. Is it safe? I looked into propane and all the dealers make it sound so good, then when I ask the question here about propane, I was told about my head gasket not lasting with it. So I come back to the experts f here or advice on water/meth while towing heavy loads to reduce the EGTs. Thanks for any input. Oo.

There was one member I talked to that used it and it was set off the boost. For instance when the turbo hit 10lbs boost, the water/meth came on 50% and when the turbo hit 35 lbs boost then the water/meth came on 100%. He said it was great for towing and lowered EGTs 200 degrees. I am saving to get a kit and will let everyone know what I think about it. I just wish I could remember the other members name . . . .

I have stage 2 and a stage 3 the stage 2 works on boost and the stage 3 works on boost and temps on a 02 HO 4X4 6 spd and it works great egts 1000 deg when pulling a step hill. I have set to come on at 20 lbs then @ 100% @ 30lbs. I use 10% meth 90% water mix. I did alot of bench testing before i installed it. I was one of the test trucks for the stage 3

There are things you need to know before you install one to make it work efficiently. Too late to type it all now.
