New pump in the Snow W/M stage 2?

Bypass oil filter questions

I want to build a big tank for my meth injection. I have 6' of 6" schedule 80 PVC and was thinking of using it. Does anyone know if the meth will cause the end caps to leak ??

You could glue a cap on a short piece of pipe and drop it in a coffee can of pure methanol. This would be the ultimate test.

I have a Schlitz pony keg for the gas tank on my golf cart. works great. I also have a full keg, I may use that for the H2O meth if/when I do it.

I just drilled and tapped the side of my pony (so you can ly it on the side... ). The cork part is at about 11:00 position. A factory bumpstop from a Jeep TJ makes a great gas cap, fits in the cork hole tight, with a hole drilled down the center.

then you take a one way check valve from a dirt bike gas tank vent, and insert in the hole you drilled in the bumpstop.

Then you have a vented, easy access, roll-over proof tank!!!

BTW, they polish up GREAT with mothers mag wheel polish.

I would find out if anyone near you does plastic welding. If this works let us know I am also looking to find a way for a good sized capacity tank that will fit in tight places.

I am also looking for something to fit in the toolbox, thought about 8" pvc and putting two opposing 90* elbos on it one witn the bulkhead fitting and other with a screw cap but it looks like it will be too many "$"s , so I'm still plinking on the subject. Will I need a check valve or a pusher pump to go to pump in front from the Tool box? Truck is a Quadcab.

How do you fill it? How much are they I'm looking for something affordable and it's going in the toolbox so it doesn't have to look Bad**s

To update this thread:

I built it as stated, 5' of 6 In. schedule 80, 1-6X6X6 "T", 2-6" caps, a 6X2 reducer, 18" if 2" for a filler and a 2" cap. Sets in front between the bed front and the hitch.

Glued it all together with regular Purple stuff. Hasn't leaked a drop.

Drilled and threaded one end, installed a 1/4 compression fitting for the tubing, which goes to the pump under the back seat.

I will post pictures later.

Works great, holds about 8-9 gallons. Which is good for about 600 Miles pulling my 5er.

Total cost for me was $72. 00 ( I already had 10' of 6")
