I am traveling near Clermont FL and suddenly have a leaking water pump. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced repair shop in the Clermont/Groveland area other than Napelton Dodge?

Not trying to sound like a smart a**, but if you have some basic tools it can be done in less than an hour. I bet an auto parts store would even loan you a few tools if you bought the pump from them. Possibly a catch can for the antifreeze, being many of them recycle it.

Good luck, hopefully you find a solution in short order.

Thanks for the reply. I realize it is a relatively easy job and if I were about 10 to 20 years younger I would do it myself. Any more just checking the oil can turn out to be a full day job :) I am now checking TDR Travel Companion, but not having much luck there either. Probably have to pay the big bucks and go to the local dealer :(

I understand completely. Been doing a lot of the maintenance of the house and vehicles and splitting firewood for my father the last several years for the same reasons. I'm hoping my children are paying attention and will assume the role for me someday....:D

Good luck to you and have a Merry Christmas.
