Water pump weep hole?

Do ALL water pumps have weep holes? I've looked and looked and looked at the manual and the website and looked at my engine some more. If it's there it's hiding, 'cause I sure can't see it. Any thoughts? Do I need to pull the belt or pulley? TIA

Its there...

It is there... on the bottom of the water pump. It may be hard to see or covered over with dirt. I found it on my '92 when it started leaking, but I have not looked at the '99 and actually tried to find it. Haven't had to yet... and the '92 did not start leaking until 180,000.
