a few bolts, bit of a pain working the serp belt off and on (don't forget to mark direction of rotation on belt), as well as draining & refilling coolant (perfect opportunity to flush rad and back flush heater core = before winter....) a new pump gasket, might as well pick up a new T-Stat (from too Cummins BTW), it's about a 2 hour (or 3-4 beer) job and "cheap insurance". Consider adding "Water Wetter" with your coolant, every little bit of anti-corrosives helps plus (allegedly) this stuff helps heat transfer. My $0.02
