Well guys, looks like I will be going directly to Abbotsford on Friday to get an exhaust brake put on at DTT. This means I will not be able to see everyone at Rob's BOMBing party and I will not be able to convoy up from Renton. This a real BUMMER! I look forward to the BOMBing party and the convoy. But Kathy and I will see you at BD!

hey, I do not have a CB yet, but I do have Walkie Talkies that use CH-14

What do you all think about using CH-14 on the way up?



My monthly BOMB fund is exhausted, so I will not be putting in a CB this time.

Instead of driving my truck, we are driving my Dad's '90. Who knows, we may even dyno it. It has 290K on the clock and still runs strong.

BOMBvoy Schedule from Mike R

Good news... kind of. My gig for fri the 26th has been cancelled,so now I can meet at Cummins NW early in the a. m. saturday.

I looked at the TDR,but didn't see a positive convoy schedule.

Rob,I was thinking since we will not be eating breakfast at Wellers,we can probably just leave Cummins at 5:30. then just swing by Wellers to pickup nothern folks by 6:30. I talked to Chris and Christian from BD on saturday and they said they are NOT doing the dyno lottery again... it's back to first come,first served.

I was also thinking about the border situation. Since it may take a while to cross,as each truck crosses,instead of waiting in that dirt lot,how about we just meet at that fast food joint in the shopping center 1/2 mile up the road. We can grab something fast to eat there. Should be there by 8am.

So...

leave Cummins (Renton) by 5:30

leave Wellers (Arlington) by 6:30

as we cross,gather at food joint and head to BD

CB's on channel 14

If this sounds good,then can someone cut and paste this schedule to the TDR board. I seemed to have briefly lost my posting privleages there. oops!

What time is everyone leaving Cummins NW? I see 5am and 5:30am in this thread. A half hour of sleep makes a HUGE difference for me.
