Website maintenance tonight

I had the website down from approximately midnight until 12:45 am eastern time tonight. I've been having some problems with mysql locking up every couple of weeks over the last couple of months and it happened again tonight at midnight. I upgraded mysql to a new version a couple of weeks ago which I had hoped would solve this issue but alas that wasn't the case. Before rebooting it this time I spent some time investigating possible causes and making records of log file, status's, etc. The logs showed a number of sleeping processes in the ad database as well as a bunch of backed up processes in the forum database. These could possibly be due to some corruption in those databases. Before bringing it back up I did a rebuild on all of them. I will be monitoring the situation closely.
