Website of TDR is changing

Hope this is the right forum but got my issue of tdr today and a letter on the back said the site was changing and being updated with quicker load-ups and more features. Two of the features was a scheduled live chat and another is we all have to re-register. That's right,if I read it correctly starting June 1st we will all have to register again and our post count will start all over. Read it and believe it.
