Anyone have this going on ? I've brushed it off a couple times and re-tightened once. Should I remove it, add new thread seal and replace ? Is this a common problem point on the head ?

Mine leaked on my '07, 5. 9. I removed them, resealed them with good pipe dope and done. Torque them tight but don't OVER tighten them. I have seen over tightened pipe plugs crack the part they are inserted into.

I had 2 leaking on my 06 at 52K, drained coolant, removed plugs, cleaned threads, used teflon tape and retightened, not too tight... .

Also had the small coupler hose for the heater behind the turbo leaking. Replaced and refilled, and pressurized overnight. Had not leaked since Aug 2012... .
