Weird Rattle

Fired the truck up the this morning, and heard an unusal sound. Sounded like a BOLT in the DRYER. overnight tempsa in the mid 30's. My normal shop send that it sounds like my CP3 was "cavitating" from LOW fuel pressure, That my lift pump was propably starting to go out. After the truck got warmed up, all sounds went away. Lift pump is in the tank, and has 61k on it, with 161k on truck.



If this sounds correct, and it is the lift pump, then I am going to get a FASS 95. What all do I need to get to go with it?



I am also going to do the Fuel Vent Mod, since the tank is coming down.

My CP-3 makes a "CLICK"ing noise right after startup for several minutes. Once things warm up it goes away. Sounds a bit like you're describing.

Been that way for the last 78000 miles. I've always assumed it was the FCA making adjustments.
