weld or alcoa

who do you think makes a better wheel,alcoa or weld. I am looking at alcoa classic and weld super single II. alcoas are about 75. 00 cheaper on a set of 4

I've got the Alcoa LTS on my truck. Been real happy with them, bought through Southwest Wheel. Good customer service & a decent price. Honestly didn't shop around looking at other brands.

I've got Weld Typhoons, been great for me. Like the light weight, love the specs. www.4wheelparts.com was showing a deal for $100 off on a set of 4.

I ran alcoa classics on my old truck. Really liked them, wished I would have kept them.

Thanks guys I went for my lungs and bought kore welds.

I wanted to get the correct offset and back spacing. and I do like the chrome instead of polishing the alum. They where a lot of work on my 98. 5.

Good choice! A little pricey for me, but I am leaning towards them to keep the next set under the truck better. I even called WELD to see if they made any wheels with the 6" backspacing, no luck. The girl I talked to didn't even know about the ones made for KORE... different department I'm sure

i have not seen a set of alcoa's wider than 7 inch. i would buy 8's.
