Well I Did It !

finally got to the SteveStL's traction bar install. .

These are great ! excellent quality materials and fit/finish. and instructions.

Even with a slipping clutch [new one goes in monday]. . they allow better "drive" off the corners as the power is applied v/s axel twist. . and better braking [SOP meter] again the axels don't twist with hard brakes. . didn't know this would be a benifit !.

As a lot of you know I live in the mountauns and drive the helll out of my rig, the power pick up in the corners is much stronger as the suspension works up and down there was a much stronger SOP feel off the turnes.

I'm sure the results will be very good for the winter drive thru the snow also. . it would hop badly in deep snow as it attempted to climb the steep grade to my house [LSD rear end].

PS Nowel. . the welding shop you recommended did a great job, and there were no suprises. . Robert and company are a bunch of nice guys. . sounds like they will be at Tulare also. .
