I guess Mack needs a screen name now! We bit the bullet and it tastes pretty good so far (until payments start ). We have only had the truck for 9 hours (8 am now). We went to John Elway Dodge and bought the truck last night and made the poor guys stay late. Our salesman was awesome, thanks Joey.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. We love it so far. It is nerve racking for her especially, just a big change and keep questioning ourselves. I took a hit on the S4 but we saved quite a bunch with the employee pricing and rebate. I will miss the car. I had it for a short enough time not to get bored of it.



I think the silencer ring, maybe some nerf bars, billet filler door will be the first mods. Also a straight pipe if it doesn't void warranty. Mack's three girls love it too!

Craig, has anyone told you you look like Alton Brown from Good Eats?

How do you guys with the MCs like the room? Haven't met anyone that has one yet. If they would put an 8' bed on it (perhaps the Power Wagon package) I'd trade mine in.

I like mine, Pilot. I had a 99 regular cab so this is a big step up as far as room goes. The Power Wagon package is only available with the Hemi, I know, it sucks. According to the Dodge brochure, the long bed quad cab is 1. 8 inches longer than the megacab shorty, but with the same wheelbase. It is a long truck regardless. I can't imagine how long it would seem with an 8' bed.

Pilot, the room in the mc is awsome. One of my freinds is about 6'7" and can sit behing me with the seat reclined and his legs crossed.

So some of you may know I worked at BMW of Denver motorcycles last year part-time. Some of you may also know I bought an '05 F650GS dual-sport there last year. Part of the reason for a truck again, was to haul the bike for camping; day trips from camp-sites. So Mack and I go to BMW last night to say hi, and to look at some tire patch kits. The sales manager saw me in the truck. I told him I bought a Harley and had to buy the truck, cause real Harleys are trucked/trailered

Not to stick up for Harleys but I knew a guy in Denver that had a full dress Harley that he and his wife toured the country with. They pulled a two place pop-up the whole way while racking up 80K miles

He said it towed like a dream.

No, Frank, IT can go into and stay out in bad weather, except hail, I hate hail. What I meant is are the pics going to turn out ok if I take them when its pouring
