I am thinking about putting a boost and exhaust gas temperature gauge prior to any long distance heavy hauling. I like the look of the "A" pillar mounts, but I do not want to give up my grab handle, so I was looking in the Geno's Garage catalog and like the look and simplicity of the Westach high output combo gauge. Has anybody put one of these combo units in? Where did you mount them. I was thinking that the simplest way would be use a Bullet Mount and put it off center on the dash. I really wanted to put them in the center portion of the dash, below the radio/CD, in one of those wasted spaces for sunglasses or whatever, but I have never seen an installation kit or adapter for that use. Is there one made by somebody? Any feedback about the gauges themselves, as well as places to mount them will be appreciated.

Ask Geno's about a Gauge Gizmo. It is a single pod that mounts on the A-pillar, I think it mounts to the pillar instead of replacing it allowing you to keep the handle.

I have a 3 pod pillar in my truck, and have a westach high output combo in 1 pod and a westach dual temp in another. The 3rd pod is still empty, I am betting that we will need some sort of fuel pressure monitoring at some point. I like the gauges a lot. They're easy to read and bright at night.

Unless something has changed the Westach gauges will not work in the steering column mount. Again, ask Geno's.
