Westach Fuel sender mounted on FASS

My FASS unit is on the way. I understand that I can mount the electric Westach fuel sender directly on the FASS. Has anyone done this? Does is still need some sort of needle valve? Is it OK to mount it on the FASS or should it be mounted remotely?

I like to check my pressure as close to the injection pump as possible.



you might not need a snubber or needle valve that far away from the injection pump if you mount your sender right on the fass.



what if you get a kink in the line from the fass to your injection pump, the gauge mounted back on the fass won't let you know. just a thought.

i mounted the wastach sender right on the FASS and I did it on a fuel preporator. never had a problem...
