The lighting on my egt/boost gauge is not so bright on one side the fuel gauge shines real nice. Anybody done a fix for this? Like may be drilled another hole and put a second bulb in?

same here

the gauge always works perfect but the lighting sucks

I also run the westach transmission temp and fuel pressure and the lighting is perfect

oh well life goes on :)

Do you have the right adapter tube on the bulb? You should have gotten a number of cream-colored (as I recall) plastic tubes that the bulb goes into. These tubes are of different length to position the bulb deeper or shallower into the gauge. I found out that my EGT/boost gauge takes a different tube setup than my dual fuel pressure gauge to get the same illumination level - the bulb has to be farther in on one gauge than the other (I can't remember which right now - it's been too long since I installed them. )

Here is the Westach Light Kit. The lighting is fine on my dual EGT/Boost gauge & Dual fuel Pressure gauge from Westach.
