Westech EGT/Boost guage wiring

Anyone know off hand what leads hook up to the numbered connections? I forgot , cant find the install destructions and website is a pain. Need info for #1,3,4,5. Thanks

Not a pain if you look in the right place but you have to know your model number. That might be the problem.
