Wet Carpet?

I have a 1990 Diesel that has wet carpet everytime it rains or I wash the truck. I found that the water comes from the vents on both sides, my carpet was not wet below the vents. If you take the carpet up you can tell better where the leak is. I belive when truck cab is twisted when out in the fields it broke the seal at the vents and that caused the water leak.
